Picking out your wardrobe for your boudoir shoot can be a BIT intimidating. I mean, buying JEANS is intimidating these days. No thank you.

Luckily, after shooting constantly over the last 10 years we've got a few tried and true suggestions that always work… and I mean it when I say “always”.

You may love some of these individual pieces, or you might look around on the different websites to see other items you might like! Ideally, if you’ve hired us for your boudoir session then we suggest you order a couple of sizes in each thing that you like, that way you can see which size works the best and you don't have to worry about going and and forth with shipping times. No two brands’ sizing is the same, so we love multiple options!

For bodysuits:

• Here are some of my favorites from Nordstrom that I curated

• This bodysuit looks amazing on pretty much EVERYONE. It comes in a few colors, too! I recommend it nonstop

• This bodysuit is also great, plus it has some added support!

• This classic lace bodysuit comes in both black and a gorgeous teal color!

For Bra sets:

• This site has a lot of bra sets with a variety of sizingAbsolutely love all of these bra sets from Frederick's! I love that you can mix and match, too!

• Playful Promises is one of my favorite brands, but their shipping from their website can be slow. That's why I saw to get them from HERE! They have great sizing, colors, and shapes! 

General Favorites:

• Here are my general favorites from Frederick's of Hollywood. I love their corsets, their babydolls, their bra sets... they have ALWAYS done a sexier version of lingerie, and they work really well for the shoot

• Victoria's Secret does a GREAT job with slips. They are so sexy! We can hike them up the leg, pull a strap off of the shoulder... they are some of the best around

• This site is usually known for shapewear, but their lingerie is great. They have a LOT of different sizes and a great return policy if you order more sizes.

Looking for a unique wardrobe idea for your boudoir session that doesn't necessarily involve whips and chains or a bendy-ness of a Yogi to get into? Look no further than leg warmers! 

The weather is almost chilly enough to keep your layers on, but we love leg-warmers at all times of the year. Bring them in for your boudoir shoot and we’ll have some fun thinking of creative ways to use them!

Leg warmers are easy to get in to (a huge plus) and really change the direction of an outfit. Here we paired leg warmers with a black lace bralette set! By itself this set could be paired with heels or thigh-highs to create a more "late night" sexy vibe. With the leg warmers added we were able to create a more "saturday morning sexy" vibe. Let's all clap for variety!!!
