Client Interview: "I felt free, confident, and beautiful"
1) How old are you?
Im 26 …27 NEXT WEEK! I ALWAYS LOVE MY BIRTHDAY!
2) What do you do for a living?
I am a Veterinarian.
3) What/who made you decide to book a boudoir session?
I originally wanted to do something special for my husband as a gift for our wedding, but as I prepared, it also quickly became a way for me to feel sexy and confident in the days leading up to our wedding day! It ended up being as much as a gift for me as it was for him.

4) Did you have any obstacles or fears about boudoir?
Yes! I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it at all because I have seen so many shoots on the internet and from friends of mine that looked cheesy and unrealistic. I was afraid that my body would not come across well on camera. I have done a lot of photo shoots in the past but none partially or completely nude.

5) Why did you choose OWN?
While I was searching on the internet for the right photographer, I came across OWN and noticed every woman on the pictures no matter the shape or size not only looked AMAZING but also very comfortable and confident, while having a great time! The pictures looked natural and fun as if each one was taken in the home of each woman. It was exactly what I was looking for.
6) How was the actual session different from what you expected (if at all)?
It was different… IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER!! Every moment from the champagne toast, my favorite tunes, to getting to know Sarah and talking like we had know each other for years. It was all unforgettable, and I would not hesitate to do it again.
7) What was your favorite part of the entire experience? (priming, the shoot, seeing images, giving the images..etc)
The shoot! I never thought I would feel that comfortable in my own skin. I felt free, sexy, confident, and beautiful. I didn't want the shoot to end. I didn't feel awkward or uneasy, I felt like this is what I was suppose to do, lol, Sarah's constant complements didn't hurt either!

8) How has the response been to your images?
They have been a HIT!! All of my friends want to do it themselves, my family was in awe, and most importantly my Husband to this day can't stop looking at them and asking to see every outfit he saw in the shoot!
9) Any advice for women interested in such a session?
Just go for it!!! You really won't regret it. Be honest with sarah about both, the things you love and the things you may be self conscious about and she will make you feel like you had no concerns at all.

10) Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty as a result of this session?
Yes! After the shoot I felt more beautiful than I have felt in a long time, even the parts of my body I was not sure about were beautiful. I was truly amazed with the results! One day I will be doing my pregnancy shoot with OWN!!
