I am a healthcare account executive.
What/who made you decide to book a boudoir session?
I decided it would be the perfect Christmas present for my husband!
Did you have any obstacles or fears about boudoir?
I really didn't! Other than watching what I ate the week or two prior, I was excited and open to the experience.
Why did you choose OWN?
I felt that Sarah's style was totally in sync with what I wanted.
How was the actual session different from what you expected (if at all)?
Being that I never had professional pics, other than wedding photos, I didn't really know what to expect. It was a lot of fun and I was able to really get into the zone like it wasn't my first time. I felt really comfortable and sexy!
What was your favorite part of the entire experience? (priming, the shoot, seeing images, giving the images..etc)
My favorite part was seeing myself after the hair and makeup completed; it was still me but I was transformed into a boudoir bombshell.
How has the response been to your images?
The reaction was better than I could have hoped! My husband was like "I wish I could show these off because they're so beautiful and hot...I want to brag that you're mine."
Any advice for women interested in such a session?
I'd say absolutely do it, even if it's just for yourself. It's empowering. And Sarah is the exact person you want; she is warm, engaging, and keeps it fun.
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty as a result of this session?
I don't know if I feel any different per se, but it awesome to be able to have those images to look at myself from time to time and say "Damn!"
