Alternative lingerie.... shapewear??

While I am all about traditional lingerie styles– corsets and bodysuits are my favorite!– I love to explore 'alternative' types of lingerie. These styles may not even be lingerie at all. For example, shapewear. Who knew SPANX could be so sexy? I can guarantee you that I have never felt sexy in a pair of SPANX. Something about stuffing my body into a human-sized hot dog skin just doesn't do it for me.  

But...

It's possible!!! While the biker-shorts style shapewear has no hope (only function!), the slip-styles are marvelous!! They are extremely conservative (most of them) and give a sexy, svelte look to everyone. The shaping slips are always on my list of recommended items to bring so when this lady showed up with hers I couldn't wait to photograph it. The catch with this one, it happened to be boob-less. The results are perfect:
